RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Return or exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, please contact us or online help within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return process.

Return Process

1. Please contact us through our website, indicate the item you want to return and the reason, and attach photos of the quality problem.

2. Once you receive our return address and instructions, please pack the items you want to return in their original packaging.

3. Deliver the package to your local post office.

4. After returning the item, please provide the return receipt from the shipping company, indicating the weight of the return and the tracking number, and we can expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return conditions
1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange an item please contact Contact Us within 14 days of delivery.

2. We do not accept returns that you send directly back without checking with us first.

3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: beauty products, bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, masks, and accessories.

4. Returned items must be in unused condition and with original packaging. We do not accept returns that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

5. We do not provide freight collection (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Returns are at your own expense unless Vadoom causes an error.

6. After checking your return tracking number or receipt, we will arrange an exchange or refund.

7. Order cancellation:

To get packages delivered as quickly as possible, we use quality local prepaid logistics companies. When the order status is "Packed", the package is handed over to the logistics company, and logistics fees will be incurred. A 10% cancellation fee is required upon cancellation. We will not accept order cancellation requests if the order status is "In Transit"

NOTE: Original shipping charges and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

We have warehouses in different countries around the world! If you would like to return an item, please feel free to contact us and our customer service will provide you with the nearest return address based on your order details within 24 hours.

Note: Do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refund
1. If you purchase two or more items, you can apply for a partial refund for the items you are not satisfied with.

2. Product not received/product defective/product different from advertised: Solution proposed within 5 working days after estimated delivery time.

3. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions/Amount charged on customer invoice does not match the amount shown on the website/Duplicate charges: A solution will be proposed within 5 days of charge notification
